Cancellation and Refund Policy
Retrobusiness may give refunds for some services , depending on the refund policies described below.
For web development and mobile app development services, refunds are not possible.
However, we may consider giving you some extra hours of work if there is a genuine cause.
For example if your project was supposed to be completed within an estimated time,
and it took more time clearly due to fault on our side, we may give you some extra hours of work to compensate that without any payment.
